All Quick Plates are made to order for your specific registration. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order personalised goods are non-refundable once production has started.
1. Non-refundable personalised products
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all purchases made on www.quick-plates.co.uk are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
